Refund policy

Return an unworn ANKER piece within thirty days of delivery, in its original condition, with all packaging and papers.

How to return

Write to us through the Support page with your order number. We will send return instructions. Complimentary return shipping applies to standard returns of eligible pieces.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Refunds are issued in USD. Custom or personalized work, gift cards, and pieces showing wear are not eligible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered when stock allows. If the requested piece is unavailable, we will refund in full.

Lifetime care

ANKER offers lifetime care for house leatherware. Care is not a refund. Contact Support to arrange conditioning or repair.
