The house

ANKER sells leatherware and related services. The site is hosted by Shopify. Content, trademarks, and product photography belong to ANKER and may not be copied for commercial use.

Accounts

You are responsible for the details you give us and for keeping any account credentials private.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if we cannot ship to the address given. Prices are shown and charged in USD.

Shipping and returns

Complimentary standard shipping and our thirty-day return terms are described in the Shipping and Refund policies. Those policies form part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ANKER is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
